
We are now accepting reservations for Hotel Port Plaza Chiba's 2025 Christmas cake, New Year's dishes, and char siu and braised pork gift sets.
This year, we will be serving specially selected braised pork overseen by Japanese chef Meguro, and Port Plaza Chiba's popular speciality, special roast pork overseen by Chinese chef Matsuda.
We have created a gift set. Just like the New Year's dishes, it will be delivered free of charge. It is perfect as a reward for yourself or for enjoying with your family at the end of the year.
They also make a great little gift. Along with the cakes and New Year dishes, these are limited edition items available only at the end of the year, so please take advantage of this opportunity.

[How to make a reservation] Reservations can be made online. Please check the details below and click on the reservation banner at the bottom of this page, or scan the QR code and fill out the reservation form. *We also have reservation forms available in-store, so please ask a member of staff.

Stollen: Available for pick-up in store only from December 1st (Mon) to December 24th (Wed)
Christmas cakes: Available for pickup in store only from December 22nd (Mon) to 24th (Wed) *If you would like to receive your order on the 25th, please enter this in the comments section.
New Year's dishes: Available for pick-up and delivery on Wednesday, December 31st only.
Char siu and braised pork set - Delivery will begin in October (only if payment has been made) / Purchase in store. Reservations only will be accepted from October. *Please make your reservation well in advance as it will take about a week for preparation.
