This has become a standard event at Hotel Port Plaza Chiba, and this is the 11th edition!

We will be holding a "Chiba Wine and Specialty Cuisine Appreciation Event." Notable wineries in Chiba Prefecture will be gathering together,

Please enjoy the blissful cuisine prepared by Chef Hosoi paired with wine from Chiba Prefecture.


Date: Saturday, February 7, 2026 Hotel Port Plaza Chiba Banquet Hall Reservations required Limited to 50 people 

10,000 yen per person (tax and service charge included)

Reception: 17:30~

Talk about Chiba Wine: 18:00-18:15

Chiba Wine Appreciation Party: 18:15-20:00

Mr. Hirotaka Otsuka

●Studied under Takahashi Tokimaru, Honorary Director of the Sommelier Association, and Nagahashi Machi, Chef Sommelier at Lounge Faro Shiseido.

He has worked at Tobu Department Store Funabashi branch as manager, Imadeya Co., Ltd., and the Japanese wine specialty restaurant "Kurabuu Tsukiji branch," among others.

He is involved in the management of the Japan Wine Festival, sponsored by the Japan Winery Association.

To develop Chiba's wine culture, he has participated in the Tomio Chiba City Wine Project and served as the project manager.

Utilizing his experience and knowledge, he pioneered brewing in 2025.
