High School Student Milk Cooking Competition

We hope to spread awareness of Chiba Prefecture's dairy farming and to promote the milk and dairy products of Chiba Prefecture.

A mellow Japanese-style cream sauce made with milk and peanut miso, topped with nutritious tofu and komatsuna.

I paired it with ravioli. Anyone can make this dish easily and stylishly.
