Check-in and check-out times

Check in is at 15:10 and check out is at XNUMX:XNUMX.

Can I extend my check-out time?

Extensions are possible for a fee. Up until 14pm, 30% of the room charge will be added. Up until 17pm, 50% of the room charge will be added. After 17pm, the full room charge will be added. *Please note that we may decline your request depending on the occupancy of the room.

If I arrive before check-in time, can I leave my luggage there?

We will keep it at the front desk on the 1st floor.

Can I send my luggage in advance?

Once you have booked your stay, please send it to the following address:

Please write the date of your stay and the name of the guest. Your luggage will be kept at the front desk on the first floor until your arrival.
However, we cannot accept cash, valuables, fragile items, or items that require temperature and humidity control.

Can I arrange for delivery at the hotel?

You can arrange for delivery at the front desk on the first floor. However, delivery must be by a delivery company designated by the hotel.

Can I sleep with my child?

Only preschool children are allowed to share a bed with their parents. Children of elementary school age or older will be treated the same as adults. Also, only one child may share a bed with their parents.

Do you have a crib.

We will provide them free of charge. However, as the number is limited, please let us know when you make your reservation.

Is there a bed guard?

Not available.

Are there any rooms where I can smoke?

All rooms are non-smoking. Please use the smoking room in the lobby on the first floor.

Can I use the Internet in my room?

Free WiFi is available in all rooms.

Are there air purifiers and humidifiers?

There is an air purifier with humidifier function in the room.

Is laundry service available?

Please fill out the slip provided in your room and bring it to the front desk by 10:18. On weekdays, your order will be ready by XNUMX:XNUMX on the same day.

Please note that laundry service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Do you provide room service?

We do not.

Are there vending machines?

Located on the 1st and 7th floors.

Is there a microwave?

Located in the vending machine corner on the 7th floor.

Can I get some ice?

There is an ice machine in the vending machine corner on the 7th floor.

Are there wheelchairs available for loan and restrooms for people with disabilities?

We have both available. As the number of wheelchairs is limited, we recommend that you make your reservation early.

Do you have a large public bath?

There is no public bath.

I'd like to stay in a room facing the ocean. Can I specify that?

Please let us know when you make your reservation. However, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the reservation situation.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

This is possible up to one year in advance.

Can I use a credit card.

We accept VISA, JCB, Master, American Express, ORICO cards and debit cards.

When and how much will the cancellation fee be?

Please contact us at least two days before your stay if you wish to cancel. After that date, the following cancellation fees will apply.

The day before (20% of the accommodation fee) / On the day (80% of the accommodation fee) / No-show (100% of the accommodation fee)

Cancellations for groups (15 people or more) are handled separately from the above. Please contact us for more information.

Is parking available?

Hotel guests may park for free for up to 1 hours per night. Please take a ticket from the parking ticket machine and bring it to the front desk on the first floor. We will process it for free.

Is there a curfew?

The automatic main entrance door closes at midnight. However, you can enter through the manual door to the right. Also, please let us know if you will be arriving significantly later than usual.

Is there a convenience store nearby?

There is a 24-hour convenience store.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

This is possible up to one year in advance.

Until when can I change the number of people?

This must be done up to 3 days before the date of use.

Can I have the meeting materials prepared in advance?

Please send it to us with the date of use, the name of the meeting, and the name of the person in charge.
Also, please let us know in advance that you would like to send it.

Guests using the facility for banquets or meetings may use the facility free of charge for up to five hours.

Can I rent costumes, have them put on, and take photos for Shichi-Go-San and Coming of Age ceremonies?

Unfortunately, I cannot accept it.

Do they have a dress code.

There is no dress code, but we ask that you refrain from entering the restaurant wearing the slippers and robes provided in your room during breakfast.

Can I have breakfast even if I'm not staying overnight?

This facility is also available to non-staying guests.

Are there any a la carte menu items other than the lunch buffet?

Only the lunch buffet is available.

Can I get takeaway food?

We do not allow this for food hygiene reasons.

Can I use it for dinner?

Reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to the date of use, and must be for a minimum of 6 people.

Can I purchase a birthday cake?

Yes, you can purchase them. Please contact us at least 5 days before your visit.

Are there any bars or karaoke rooms?

We are not open for business.

We are open from 9am to 18pm.
