FOOD ALLERGY BASIC POLICY

Basic policy for customers with food allergies

  1. Our hotel makes every effort to ensure that guests with food allergies can enjoy their meals without worry.
  2. We obtain information about food allergies from manufacturers (food manufacturers, etc.) and strive to remove allergens as much as possible. However, although there is a mandatory labeling requirement for eight specific allergen ingredients, there are only 8 similar allergen ingredients that are recommended for labeling, and there is no recommendation for labeling other ingredients, making it difficult to fully understand allergens.
  3. Because the food is prepared in the same kitchen as the regular menu items, we use the same tableware, cooking utensils, cleaning equipment, etc. Also, there is a possibility that wheat may become airborne and become mixed in with other ingredients as an allergen.

For the above reasons, the menus we offer are not completely allergy-free, and we may be forced to refuse orders to customers with severe allergies. Please be aware of the above before ordering, and make the final decision yourself.
