Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these regulations is to stipulate necessary matters regarding the use of the Chiba Public School Mutual Aid Association Accommodation (hereinafter referred to as the "Accommodation").
Article 2 (Scope of Users)
The following people are eligible to use the accommodation:
- Members of the Public School Mutual Aid Association and their families, as well as pension recipients of the Public School Mutual Aid Association and their families (hereinafter referred to as "members").
- Members of other mutual aid associations (hereinafter referred to as "associate members")
- Other people who are deemed appropriate by the lodging facility (hereinafter referred to as "general users").
Article 3 (Classification and time of use)
The lodging facilities will be used for accommodation, meetings, and banquets, and the operating hours are as follows:
- Accommodation is from 3pm to 10am the following day.
- Meetings and banquets will last for their respective durations.
However, the hours of operation are limited to between 9:10 am and XNUMX:XNUMX pm.
Article 4 (Application Procedure)
As a general rule, anyone who wishes to use a lodging facility must apply in advance to the manager of the lodging facility (hereinafter referred to as the "Manager").
2. When the Manager receives an application under the preceding paragraph, he/she shall decide whether or not to approve the use and shall notify the applicant of this decision.

Article 7 (User Guidelines)
Users shall pay attention to the following items.
- Please maintain order in the accommodation and do not cause any inconvenience to other guests.

Article 8 (Usage restrictions)
The manager may refuse use of the facility or ask anyone to leave if he or she is deemed to be causing a hindrance to the management of the facility.
Article 9 (User's Liability for Compensation)
If a User causes damage to the building or property intentionally or negligently, the Manager may require the User to pay compensation in whole or in part.
Article 10 (Other necessary matters)
In addition to what is set forth in these regulations, the manager will determine separately any matters necessary for the use of the lodging facility.

Please be advised that the Public School Mutual Aid Association Chiba Lodging Facility "Port Plaza Chiba" (hereinafter referred to as the "Lodging Facility") has established the following terms and conditions regarding the contract with the Lodging Facility and the use of its facilities for banquets, meetings or events (hereinafter referred to as "Banquets, etc.").
1. About the Contract
A contract for a banquet, etc. with this accommodation is established when this accommodation accepts your application for a banquet, etc. in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions. When this accommodation accepts your "application for a banquet, etc.", it is deemed that it has accepted your application.
2. Refusal to enter into a contract
The accommodation facility may not accept contracts for banquets, etc. in the following cases:
(1) When any of the following applies to a person entering into a contract for a banquet, etc. or a guest attending a banquet, etc.
- Designated gangs and their members, etc., or related parties, and other antisocial forces (hereinafter referred to as "gangs, etc.") under the "Law for Prevention of Unjust Activities by Gang Members" (Law No. 77 of 1991).
- Corporations or other organizations whose business activities are controlled by organized crime groups, or their members
- A corporation or its members in which a person who is a member of an organized crime group is an executive officer
- A person who is deemed to be in danger of engaging in acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
(2) When a guest behaves in a manner that causes significant inconvenience to other guests of the accommodation.
(3) When a person has engaged in violence, threats, extortion or intimidating unreasonable demands against the facility or its staff, or has requested an unreasonable burden from the facility, or when it is deemed that such conduct has been committed in the past.
(4) When these banquet and event regulations are violated (including cases where the accommodation facility judges there to be a risk of a violation).

Article 1 (Scope of Application)
The accommodation contract and related contracts concluded by the Public School Mutual Aid Association Chiba Lodgings "Port Plaza Chiba" (hereinafter referred to as the "Lodgings") shall be governed by these terms and conditions, and any matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be governed by law or custom.

- When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to be in danger of engaging in conduct that will violate the laws and regulations or public order or good morals in regard to accommodation.
- When the person seeking accommodation is a member of a designated organized crime group or a member, etc. of a designated organized crime group or related party, or other anti-social forces (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime group, etc.") under the "Law for Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members" (Law No. 77 of 1991).
- When the person seeking accommodation is a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by an organized crime group, or a member thereof.
- When the person seeking accommodation is a corporate body whose executive officer is a member of an organized crime group or a member of such a corporate body.
- When a person seeking accommodation is deemed to have engaged in violence, threats, extortion or intimidating unreasonable demands against the facility or facility staff, or to have assumed an unreasonable burden, or to have engaged in similar behavior in the past.
- When a person seeking accommodation behaves in a manner that is a significant nuisance to other guests.
- When the person seeking accommodation can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease.
- When it is impossible to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, malfunctions of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.
- When the person requesting accommodation is drunk or in an extremely unclean state or dressed in an unclean manner and is likely to cause inconvenience to other guests.
