Regarding accommodation
STAY
Accommodation subsidies are available to members of the Chiba branch of the Public School Mutual Aid Association.
A subsidy of 1 yen will be provided for stays of 6,000 yen or more (excluding tax) per person per night
Eligibility: Members, dependents, and first-degree relatives of members who are not dependents
If you use the subsidy, please present subsidy vouchers (3 yen accommodation voucher) for all members upon arrival and show your membership card (My Number card and eligibility information).
Please download and print the subsidy voucher from the Public School Mutual Aid Association Chiba Branch website and bring it with you.

Regarding restaurant use
RESTAURANT
Banquet meal subsidies are available to members of the Chiba branch of the Public School Mutual Aid Association.
A subsidy of 1,000 yen will be provided for purchases of 500 yen or more (excluding tax) per person.
A subsidy of 2,000 yen or 500 yen will be provided for purchases of 1,000 yen or more (excluding tax) per person.
A subsidy of 4,000 yen will be provided for purchases of 2,000 yen or more (excluding tax) per person.

If you wish to use the subsidy, please submit either a 500 yen, 1,000 yen, or 2,000 yen banquet meal voucher for all members and show your membership card (My Number card and eligibility information notice).
Please download and print out the banquet meal tickets from the Public School Mutual Aid Association Chiba Branch website and bring them with you.
If a first-degree relative uses a subsidy ticket, they must be accompanied by a member or a dependent.

BANQUET
All members of the Chiba branch of the Public School Mutual Aid Association are eligible for banquet meal subsidies and congratulatory and condolence subsidies.
A subsidy of 1,000 yen will be provided for purchases of 500 yen or more (excluding tax) per person.
A subsidy of 2,000 yen or 500 yen will be provided for purchases of 1,000 yen or more (excluding tax) per person.
A subsidy of 4,000 yen will be provided for purchases of 2,000 yen or more (excluding tax) per person.
Eligibility: Members, dependents, and first-degree relatives of members who are not dependents
Subsidy of 3,000% of the total cost for family celebrations and condolences that cost 30 yen or more per person (maximum 10 yen)
